TDMS data scrambling error: phase of the program is different than active phase of the project

Hello Colleagues,

wE are running TDMS 4.0, We  have been stuck at this phase in TDMS for the 'Start Data Scrambling /Convertion' for our activity. When trying to click on execute button of the said phase in the process tree, we are getting the error attached. I have searched for other KBA's as well as sapnotes for the error message number but there is no documentations for that error. I would like to ask if any of you have exprerience this error specifically when trying to do a scrammbling activity in TDMS? The error is unknown to us.
