TDMS 3.0 Dump at the step "Start Programs for Package Settings"

Hello, dear colleagues!

I use TDMS first time. Please help me to solve my problem. I want to create QA from Productive System and use scenarios "ERP Initial Packages for Time Reduction"

I consistently perform steps and reached the step "Start Programs for Package Settings":

After running this step, I have a dump - "Function module ENQUEUE_ECNVMBTPEBSTATE not found" (I attached full list)

I just found a log entry:

Unfortunately I haven't found a solution to my problem in the SAP Notes.

I used to TDMS 3.0 with SP24

Please help me to resolve my problem.
