Data scrambling cannot be started

Dear Experts,

I have met an issue during Data Scramblinf phase. I use Stand-alone scrambling.The first phase with preparations has been already done. The second part - data scrambling

cannot be started. I get the error message Meldungsnr. CNV052 :

Program cannot be started at the moment. Could you please advice, what can be a reason in this case? yesterday everything worked fine.The Systemrestar didn't help.
