Need suggestion, Full refresh for ECC

Hi,

We will be executing a full refresh for a ECC system, System analysis phase has been complete and data transfer stage to be started.

Change setting for table deletion, which is optional step If i run it now will this be effective ? or do i need to discard this package and create new.

Suggestions tips best known methods most welcome from all TDMS guru's
